Phil and Steve. Phil's last speed workout before his race. Steve and I did our first strider set in awhile. 6 x 20 seconds on w/ 40 seconds rest. Just enough to get the legs turning over and to show how much work needs to be done. Splits were laughable, 6:47,6:14,6:11,6:37,6:52, 7:17 Only upward from here.
