This run was something else honestly I think we need to go over the idea of easy running more because that man Payton don’t know what it is we started speed up around the second mile. I said we speeding up and this the only time I am going to say it again. Then we keep going so I was like okay I am just going to go along with it then at mile 5 Payton like just stop and tell me he needs a break. The lesson of the run is run you’re easy run easy actually I am still trying to think of a lesson for this run🤔🤨.
