Good warmup with part of the team. We basically talked about the possibilities we have for track season. Jeremie 400 runner this year with the 45.5👀👀. Okay but seriously I think I can run a actual decent 400, 4x4 team???. We also talked about random things like how in the world Jackson run so fast with soccer training. We talked about the Olivia and Lydia roller rivalry this xc season(free= 💨?). It was just a interesting warmup overall
