Good run in the country with some deep hills everywhere. Honestly at this point I don’t know what I am training for currently. There is a big possibility that my senior season will be canceled and I won’t ever run a highschool race again. I talked to Phillip hall on the phone for a while. We discussed the situation and he convinced me to run for vipers this summer. I am not a big fan of vipers but at situations like this there nothing much I can do. I want some form of season and not my Pr to be a time trial in May or April because that just stupid. Hopefully the curve flattened and people can go back to theirs daily life. Right now it’s not looking good for everyone and athletes competing their last year of high school or college. I hope for the best but I am prepared for the worse because life keep going no matter what happens. I am doing my part of social distancing myself hopefully the rest of America do theirs. This is honestly not how I expected my senior year to go at all but there is literally nothing I can do. I am going to keep running just Incase the season isn’t canceled and even if the season is canceled. I am going to prepare for racing this summer for vipers and finish applying to colleges. I had a visit to Aurora this week that got canceled and another one to Alabama A&M that got canceled. This virus is really putting everyone life on pause right now but I truly believe we can get passed this.
