Notes

This week been irritating because I been at Disney. Boehmke told me I can start running back to everyday which I am happy with and going to starting next week. This week I been aqua jogging on days I don’t run 🏃 and aqua jogging is boring very very boring(no offense Olivia). Next week my goal is to get 40-45 miles and I am really excited. I been trying to ease back into running because last year I didn’t really take a break. Last year I took like only two days off. Today I am going to run a hour after church ⛪ and that going to be my long run for the week. Will see how it goes🤷🏾‍♂️
