Very hot day 🔥 today felt like I was about to pass out for a second during my run. I did the Kenyan 🇰🇪 shuffle today with the athens boys. Later after running and working i went to one of my friends house and meet this guy who is 71 years old. He ran 21 minutes 5k yesterday and I was just like no way in hell then I look up his race online and it said 21:00🤯. 21 minute 3.1 mile as a 71 year old shhhh crazy. I ask him did he run in college and he said yes. He went to West Point so that makes sense. You have to be fit and discipline to go to that school.
