Felt good. Ran 2 mile warm-up in 14:45, 16x 1 minute on, and 2 minutes off, then a 12:15 cool down. Hammered the 15th of the surges. Almost felt like I needed more surges, longer surges, or less rest. Although I was pretty tired by the end, I didn't feel as bad as after most workouts. Who knows? Sky was overcast when I started, but within a few minutes, it was almost perfectly clear. Definitely improved the mood of the whole thing.
