COMMENTS: took the day off because I have been feeling tired lately and wanted to keep the mileage down :-)... at night worked at the IC4A meet, where I got to see some serious big dogs (McDougal, Mike Long, sub-14 5K, Kiplagat from Iona) from close range... good stuff
