COMMENTS: pec/lat day with nick... biked there, met chris at the spot... did 3x7 bench @95, 3x7 incline bench @ 75, lat pulldown 3x(set of 20 where each rep is back then front), 3x12 flies, 3x12 incline flies... pecs hurt really bad immediately, esp. because of the lat thing
