COMMENTS: with sam and chao... this is the long sets/ low weight week... 3x12 of everything: bench @ 85,75,75, incline @ 65, 75, 65, decline @ 75, 75, 85, flies (regular, incline, decline) all at 20 lbs but the incline seemed the hardest... really good workout, defly will be sore the next few days
