COMMENTS: last dual meet of the year...mile wup, mile cdn ... team started well, ran as a group at the beginning but then broke up... at mile it was tirella, taylor, and me... then this jake kid came in and at 2 miles brett caught up and newton appeared behind me... abs hurt really bad after 2 miles... top 4 broke away from me, but brett fell back and i almost beat him... 17:26 final, 2nd on team and 5th overall ... team lost 25-30... lost to tirella by 11 secs, not to disappointed
