COMMENTS: what a way to start off the season... meet against Hamburg at home... Nick took it out in 2:11 (mad positive splits) for a 5-meter lead... dan got a 5-meter deficit with a 2:19... Chris lost 5 more meters with another 2:19, so it was me against a kid named Josh, who had run 4:50 mile week before... caught him by 300m and then tried to break him but he stayed near until the end, when i turned on the steam the last 200m... he ran 2:10.5 while i went 62-2:06 for a 5-m win in 8:55, giving the team the first points of the season
