COMMENTS: began doing daily sprints like in steve scott's book... 4x50m flat-out from standing start with about 3 mins rest, until fully recovered... 7.26, 7.29, 7.42, 7.32... the times are about quarter pace because i had to accelerate from a stand in 50m, which makes them actually much faster... hope this helps
