COMMENTS: hot as hell... planned w/ OD to run 800 in even-split 2:10 and then split 3:15 in the mile... it was about 80* but felt like a 100*... 67-2:14 but the second lap felt like a 60... decided to back off for the mile, OD thought otherwise... bobby 2:15, eric 2:19, nick 2:15, me 2:14 (total 9:07?)
