COMMENTS: pretty good race, Clarence Invit... mile wup... went out way too fast, w/ Tirella (no speedwork=no fast start)... actually wanted to walk after the first mile ...oddly, got better when I let Tirella go and stayed with the kids around me... 19th at 2 mile, 17th at end... 17:57 final (24 secs behind tirella), 2nd on team and a plaque... did 4 cement, 4 "mother" dirt hills after
