Workout was intended to be 1.5@HM, 800@10K, 1.5@HM but I opted to replace the last 1.5 with 4x200 because I felt pretty dead from the tempo portion... splits of 8:44, 2:44, 34, 33, 32, 32 with the 800 and 200's on the almost-dark connecting path... running fast felt so much easier than tempo pace
