COMMENTS: first workout of the season... 2x1600 @ T with a minute break, then a few mins recovery and 3x1000 @ I with 2 mins recovery, finally some 150m strides but I decided to pass on those seeing the muscle I pulled yesterday... both miles at 5:21 with Pete, Cameron, Tom, and Dylan... a bit quicker that I wanted to go but I guess it didn't really mess me up in the end
