COMMENTS: white boy is learning to sprint... decided to do 4x50 with 5 mins rest for full recovery, i guess that is better for pure speed... 7.11, 7.12, 6.98, 6.94... there is a steady improvement over the three times I have done this workout, i guess you can build on speed... probably will increase the distance of the sprints soon because the rests take too long to do very many reps
