COMMENTS: 4x50m w/ 5 mins rest but mostly jogging around, doing a lap slowly between each rep... times of 6.94, 6.99, 7.02, 7.04... did not look at the time after each one to prevent negative thinking... worked on getting out quick and maintaining a hard pace to the end
