Notes

The official back to running run. 6 miles on the old course. Nice and flat and easy, but that's what I need. Felt a little high on PE but about normal HR. IT felt a little sore at the beginning, but didn't hurt by the end. Also nice to push through into the fat burning zone at 45 min. Familiar.
