Notes

Mostly just swam 50s practicing my roll: trying to roll most to my left side, get elbow higher, head down along side my right arm. Some success: swam a few laps in under 1 min. Also some sighting practice which seems ok assuming what i'm sighting is pretty visible. Generally felt tired and heavy though.
