Did 300 yards to warm-up, concentrating on keeping my chest open, shoulders wide, and head down. Slipped back to normal pretty easily. Need to concentrate.

20 mins of kick gliding (tm). Eventually made it the length of the pool on three breathes, but unable to return on 3. Next step will be so that I can get to do this continuously. Important was:

1) That I rest first (hope to get rid of this step)

2) head DOWN and legs long, stretch from the front of the hip through to front of toe. Break surface with toe. Small kicks

3) RELAX
