Notes

Added new insoles to my shoes which support my arches. Superfeet Green.

Need to work on hills more and get my legs more used to them. HR shoots up on a good hill. Maintained about 165 up the hill but that involved a slow shuffle. Really high HR coming back up the canyon steps. Had to walk!
