Warm and humid.
Tried out the Garmin for the first time. Experimented with a bunch of paces. 10min/mile feels hard these days, especially the outside of my shins feel like they are fatiguing too fast. Breathing and HR (175ish) is okay at this pace.
Deep forceful breathing at around 188 (a little faster than 8:00 min/mile) (LT)
