Notes
LMJS sports basement party in Walnut creek. Ran 6M to begin with before meeting them. Kept pace up nicely. Ran another 6M with the group (although most were running brickyard). Pretty warm day. Knee didn't feel so great, but held together. Calf fine although they are tight.
