Much better class tonight. Helps to have a calibrated bike.

Avg Power ~ 163 Watts (incl rest intervals). 3x3min @ 195, 205, 220; 3x2 min @ 225-230; 3x1 min @ 245-250; :30 intervals around 330-380.
