This run was hard! I feel like I am fully fit to run 20 miles theses days but the uphill work yesterday was probably ill-advised right before this run. My glutes hurt right from the word GO which made for a pretty long day, especially considering all the climbing up to and on the ridge. Even the downhill hurt on the return and I felt as wrecked as I have in a really long time by the finish. At least Diane seemed to be on the same page with me. Misery does love company!
