Notes

This was a pretty pathetic effort at a workout. I had an early haircut scheduled but by the time I got it together and got to the gym, I only had time for 3 measly miles. I made the best of it by wedging in 3 2-minute intervals at 7:30 pace with 2-minute rests in between. Not much, but hard enough.
