Ooooo! This run was hard. Usually I feel good by the time I get to the top of the mountain and I always enjoy the last 4 miles of the 6. Not today though. Sore tired legs (I sound like a broken record...) and even when things flattened out and then went downhill I was still struggling with the effort. The heat and late-day workout from the day before both probably undid me a bit.
