Another lazy day. John decided to do my same route and so I waited for him to get ready to go - slow! We got a really late break and he wanted to walk up so I lazed out and did this with him. Part way up I realized that our lunch guest would be over in less than an hour so I bolted downhill and home. Strange workout walking up and racing back. Sweat covered and rubber-legged at after 2+ miles fast as I can though so probably not too bad. Very poor training week though in the big picture.
