Notes

This was a surprisingly good run (don't let that minute-per-mile average be the guide.) I was pretty sore from the 10K yesterday - yes, embarrassing - but I did run hard yesterday and was pretty kinked up this morning. I went out the door just planning to walk/jog a bit as I had to be in town early. I decided to go up Mountain View as that would give me every excuse to walk since it is 3 miles of uphill. I felt strangely good and so jogged on and off between the steep parts. By the time I got to the top I felt quite fine and so ran down, smooth and steady. It was certainly nice to feel good today. Unexpected for sure.
