Well I haven't done this workout in a while and I really didn't enjoy it any more than Zephyr did. The little dog does NOT like hill repeats. I had a plan to do a few more than 4 but just couldn't muster the enthusiasm. Besides, my plan is do do one more each week so starting with a low number will ease me into this ;)

These are .25 uphills and the first one took me 5 minutes. I had to walk a couple of times. I obviously need to warm up first out on the road. Uphill from cold is no way to start. Each climb up got a bit easier as my legs warmed up with the times coming down to 4+ minutes per quarter. Sounds so slow. Will have to work on this.

At the end Z and I ran around the top of the vineyard to finish and jumped into the pool for a swim. A perfect wrap up to a pretty good week.
