Dashed out the door for this run and immediately felt so sore. And starting with the 3 mile uphill is always hard. Funny though, in spite of the fact I was sore and uninspired, I felt pretty strong on the uphill and ran almost all of it. This was probably due to 2 days off. It was my fastest time to the top in a really long time. I was bolstered by that and by the rare bright sunshine and I felt good on the run back down. A good morning!
