Notes

This run was easier on the uphill section than the last time I did it and I was definitely happy for that. I felt really good as I cruised along the top of the mountain and the final three miles of flat & downhill I managed at just over 8-minute pace. The yoga before this run changes everything for me; it is like have my muscles oiled!
