Walked out the trail towards Bridal Veil Falls along the river path with Zephyr. Overcast but beautiful day anyway. Up hill on the way out. Felt good and decided to try a little run on way back. Felt great to do a little jog. Probably ran 2 of the 3 on the return trip. Foot achy later in the day. Icing and elevating.
