Good run today; plan was to run sub-9 miles and managed that for all except the last, which I ran off the main trail as a kind of cooldown. Had to endure the usual comments from those people who are surprised that I run faster on Thursday mornings when fueled by Wednesday night carrot cake. Goal for Heart for Africa: 22:30.
