Dont wanna say I failed the workout, but didn't go as planned
1-5 easy (plan was 7:20s, ended up at 7:06, 7:10, 7:12, 7:17, 7:18)
6-10 sub 7 (right on target, 6:58, 6:58, 6:56, 6:56, like a metronome)
11 easy (wanted 7:30 and got right under)
12-16 sub MP (plan was sub 6:50, got the first mile at 6:49 but couldn't get back down, 6:49, 6:52, 6:57, 7:06, 7:32)
**hill at 16 that nearly killed me
17 easy (7:25)
18-21 before the workout the plan was to let loose but at this point I just wanted to get back under 7 and feel good (6:52, 6:55, 6:56, 6:58)
Overall good workout and happy I could get it back down to sub 7 after 2 tougher miles at 16 and 17, good stuff with Sully
