I guess the days are gone when I would look at my watch and see sub 6 and back off. Felt strong and steady the whole way. Wish it was a half, felt like I could have kept going and would have been a huge PR.
i said the same thing last year. i'm going to put on a half that starts at the voke and runs down 110. pr city. hell of a run. just another sunday for bash.
