finally sub 28 in the armory!! despite the "full recovery" I kept getting slower but I guess that's a sign I tried hard enough. I could really feel the lactic acid accumulating in my butt. legs gave in after the last rep, that final 50 was 0% leg power 100% will power but over all I felt pretty strong. on the early reps, I was really working that last 50, under 9 is pretty good I think only with the fast guys today so I couldn't keep up with them unfortunately but still think I got a really good workout in. shins hurt a little afterwards but nothing terrible, about to do some nice ice cupping though soon. tiredness is a lot better today. got 8 hours of sleep, calf graston earlier today, doctors appointment tomorrow. bunch of my 4x4 gals also looking great today, lets keep it going!!
