couldn't fnish A tier because my legs were getting to weak to absorb shocks from plyos so I cut it short. neither Justin or coach tory were around to check in with about this but they probably would've agreed that it was a good idea. maybe next week I'll be more ready to do the whole set. also would prefer to go into thursday without super heavy legs.

kept feeling a little dizzy, probably from the running, maybe a little low on the carb side today.
