Dynamic warmup with the team and 3 block starts.

I struggled a lot today. My shins felt really off on different spots than usually and I felt very tired overall.

Block starts were all kind of rough, I think I was over analyzing everything. Gotta tell myself before the 200 on Saturday to just focus on my positioning in the blocks.?
