sleep 8h13. hamstrings really sore from lift going into today, left shin bothered by the inside turns, little bit of slipping but overall still a great workout, very happy with paces and the effort, just a little unhappy that I ran a little bit in lane 3 on some of the turns.
excited for that 500 at ithaca that's coming up, also talked to coach about the 800 a little more and the idea is taking shape. contrast shower after, forgot how great they feel and I know it's a good idea to help out your CNS after a session like today. eating a little less this week and probably all the way until BU bc bulk is over and I need to get to my 126 race weight (note I should probably actually weigh myself tomorrow).
