Diamond circuit on the stadium turf with my favorite freshman!

top speed 19.9kmh or 3:01 per kilometer.

Felt pretty good, I could've pushed harder but it's recovery day and I wanted to run with Matthew especially cause it was the first time he did the tempo circuit.

A little snow on the ground, but pretty ok to run, for exercises we did bicycles, push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, V-ups.

makes me feel a little more confident about my cardiovascular shape how easy it felt, hopefully gonna feel good for hills tomorrow, and fingers crossed I'm getting enough sleep tonight, this past night was 7ish which isn't ideal.
