Notes

Shins aren't happy campers these days. Cross trained instead of 6x100 and took the warm up easy. But hopefully I'll feel decent for the meet tomorrow. Got STIM straight up on the shin bones today which was a great fix, also stretched and rolled lots. Ice bath after.
