Notes
This time the start felt better but I didn't feel really fast on The first 20-100. I feel like I just backed off a little bit because my legs felt so rough but halfway through the race I noticed I wasn't loosing and the grind was back a little bit. Not a terrible time but onfortunately I would've needed a 0.03 improvement to move from #5 to #2 at leagues and if they run heats of four I'll have to get second from the slow section ugh. Did a little longer cool down after, including some strides and stretching better than i had in the past.
