good day actually, my shins feel nice and I'm sure that's related to swimming yesterday. also was smart to cut down on volume. my left hip flexor is bothering me a little, can feel the RDLs in my hammies but that's all fine. right calf had been tight all day. will ask CT to graston both next time cause the difference is imminent.

So I thought it'd be a good idea to run with the girls today so that my paces are a little more comfortable. I think I ran relaxed but it ended up a little speedier than I thought would've been good but I guess coach wanted 31s so not terribly far off. I would've even tried for a 32 had I not been worried about "overpacing" or whatever it's called when you hold back and go too slow (I'm a sprinter I don't go here); and getting myself into another discussion about everything.
