with Max Drex and Monica. cadence data looks really good!running dynamics:224 spm @ 3min/km = 672 strides/km or a stride length of about 1.5m/stride. realistic stride length for me is about 2.20 m according to racing data I have! 215spm*2.20m/stride would be a 25.3s 200 #motivationSunday So I do think the turnover is where it should be, staring to feel confident again and slowly getting excited again about the idea of racing.

hills are literally the hardest workout I can imagine. Monica and I were talking about it and came to the conclusion that it's a power thing... this felt so so hard, I just had to lay on the ground after. our theory is that my lack of leg power (slow twitchy sprinter life) just gets me less far up the hill with each step which is why I have to work very hard to run a certain speed. idk. logging this very late but now I'm pretty much pain free which is awesome. excited for the week to start. tad of tightness/soreness left here and there but all is well. shins feel good.

waiting for coach to announce the thursday workout, I'm already so pumped for all out long sprint work that my stomach.

the 125 includes a 18m altitude change according to my phone which would make it a 14% incline.
