shins were actually decent today, I was overall less stressed about them after talking to Chris yesterday. still have some sore and painful spots but it helps to not overthink it. very happy with the paces today because I got significantly faster throughout the workout while staying comfortable and relaxed. also tried a little bit of pole vault stuff again and its so much fun. just played around with the rings. also made a major change to the setup of my blocks and I think this will help me a lot to drive out more powerfully and really feel that back plate through my leg. front foot two of my feet and about an inch, second the same distance from front foot but plate more steep. also crucial to put the back foot a little higher on the plate. during the stick drills I felt good about my arm and knee drive but my acceleration didn't feel amazing. hamstrings as expected sore from the RDLs yesterday

post rolling, stretching (probs should've done more especially hips/quads/hamstrings), and icing on shins.
