decent session overall, humidity was 97% so I guess can't complain too much about the paces? think over the summer my goal pace for a 300 with med rest would be around a 34.5 but I'm about two seconds faster now sometimes running with the boys for a 200 (32.5 -> 30-31). But now humid and by myself so it's all good. session higher end volume again, haven't taken it easy all break but not really signs of fatigue, probably bc sleep is good and stress levels low. planning on a running double tomorrow with I don't think is quite common for sprinters unless you're a pro and from Jamaica, but technique in the morning i will have to force myself to keep volume down and limit stuff to the acceleration phase. tempo session barefoot is the plan for the evening.

had a weird sensation in my right quad close to knee during warmup but legs felt great running. now couple of hours later right shin feels a little eh but overall everything still pretty good. need to make sure i stay hydrated, also lunch was crappy fried food today :/ stomach feels upset
