Notes

flight, at the gate in Doha, Qatar

did some rolling after flight no 1 which felt amazing, lax ball on the post tib and my good old water bottle for the ant tib, I think it hurts less than when I started doing it, then also stretched out and included some exercises (calf raises, ankle mobility, tib activation exercises) definitely got some weird looks at the airports but my shins felt significantly better
